About Us

The association “Bejan” was founded in 2003, and under the name “Bejan” it has been operating since July 2013

The association exists in Sarajevo.

The activities of the Association are aimed at the female population of all ages and boys up to 10 years of age.

The primary activity of the Association is to teach members the Holy Qur’an, from the initial stage to the completion of the complete hyphae.

Teaching is adapted to the prior knowledge of the member, and takes place in the following categories:

  • Sufara
  • Nuraniya (a special way of learning harps) for girls
  • Tilavet
  • Hatma
  • Group learning of Amma Juice for boys up to 10 years of age
  • Group learning Tebareke Juice for boys up to 10 years of age
  • Tejvid 1
  • Tejvid 2 (with learning Amma juz by heart)
  • Group memorization of Juza Tebareke
  • Group memorization of the last five juzes
  • Group rote learning up to 15 juzes
  • Group learning memorizes up to 20 juzes
  • Individual and group completion of the hyphens of the complete Holy Qur’an

The association “Bejan” within a wide range of its activities, we also provide babysitting while attending the activities of our members.

Other activities in the Association “Bejan” are:

  • Arabian language
  • Memorizing hadith
  • Creative workshops of a general educational nature for girls up to 15 years of age
  • Biography of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) through creative workshops
  • Seminars in winter and summer

Excursions and iftars:
For its members and sympathizers, the Association “Bejan” every year organizes a trip and prepares iftars every Friday during Ramadan with a lecture.

Eid gatherings:
The celebration of Ramadan and Eid al-Adha is organized by the Association for the wider female population.

The goal in the work of the Association “Bejan” is to offer our members, youth and children education as well as socializing that offers universal, moral and traditional values.
